Who We Are

The company is founded by two sisters in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Shelly W Moore has 9 years of experience in real estate industry in Honolulu, and has been doing interior coordination. With her knowledge as a realtor, she suggests the best solution for the property owners. If you are a rental property owner, we share the same goal, which is a result of the high occupancy rate. Yorie Watanabe performs designing process with using her background in creative industries. She directs visually effective spaces especially for vacation rentals or staging.

Shelly and Yorie grew up together in Japan. After pursuing each one's career, we got connected again. Hawaii is our home now, and our inspiration is international.

The whole service is completed by a connection of different two halves. It's called "by W".
